I had a credit card through hsbc years ago made some dumb mistakes. it went into collection through a company called arrow finacial. I paid arrow financial the full amount and they have removed from my credit report, but HSBC still has that it is a charge off since i have paid it is their anyway to get removed from my credit report

You just have to wait for it to fall off your report. You could try to dispute it though and maybe it'll get deleted if HSBC doesn't verify the account. I've heard of some old accounts not being verified in time and the bureaus just erasing it. It's a long shot though.
