Most creditors wont pay for delete. This would be traditionally something done for goodwill, for a good customer to retain there business. A debtor is not a customer and the CA or OC is not likely going to want your business back.,
Next thing would be to try settling the debt.

If it is not possible for you to convince your creditors for a pay for delete agreement, then you can payoff the debt in full. Otherwise, you can go for a settlement. If you are not able to negotiate with your creditors on your own, then you may get help from a reliable debt relief company. This company then negotiates with your creditors on your behalf.

What is the status of the debt and of credit reporting?
A lot depends on the current account status, and on what damage can still be done.
An account reporting only monthly delinquencies can mature into a charge-off and/or collection. Delinquent debt, if still within SOL, can result in legal action, and a judgment. So a PIF might be appropriate, and trying for GW deletion after payment.
If the party, be they an OC or a debt collector, refuses to accept a PFD offer, you can try again. But be careful if the debt is still within SOL, as it may spur legal action.
If the debt is in collection and the OC still owns it, you can send a PFD offer to either, with the result that the other party may accept. That would result only in the deletion of the credit reporting made by that accepting party, but half a loaf is better than none.
