Question about Credit Report

Ok a couple questions actually:
One restated from another thread:
The report lists collections with this data:
Date Opened
Reported Since
Date of Status
Last Reported
Reported since and last reported are pretty self explanatory, but I'm not sure about date opened and date of status. Could someone give me definitions on these two things?
Next question:
how do you get the full account number off the credit report? The report says for your protection the last few digits do not display...so if you reference these account numbers in your DVs, how do you get the missing numbers?

date open= date collector reported account date of status= last
date open= date collector reported account
date of status= last update from collector
You do not need their account numbers for a dv letter.All you need is their name and address and they will have the info in their files cross referenced to your name and address.
