No, they never sent me anything. The first time they contacted me was about 3 weeks ago and I requested the validation from them then and I have yet to receive it. I am waiting for the papers from the AG and I'm going to contact the BBB and FTC this week. I am hoping that if they see I'm serious and start getting papers from these agencies that they will go away. Thanks for your advice!

Well asking for DV over the phone doesn't work, laws state it needs to be in writing and besides, when you send it by letter certified mail return receipt, you have proof that you sent the letter where with a phone call they can say you never asked for it.
