a process server threw a summons at my husband that was intended for me, after my husband refused service. we responded to the court that the service was ineffectual due to the fact that he refused service on my behalf. we did not respond to the summons as we felt that i was not served. now i have received a motion for a default judgment set for trial in 3 weeks. what do i do now? i live in ms.
