Date Major Delinquency First Reported
Date: Wed, 04/01/2009 - 11:57
I live in GA, which has non-judicial foreclosure. In March 2008 my house was auctioned, there were no bidders and it reverted to the lender.
The lender is showing the Major Delinquency as first reported in March of 2009. Based on conversations with creditors, the lender began reporting the foreclosure shortly after it happened in 2008.
The only possible trigger for the change in date is that the house was sold in March of 2009.Â
Can I fight the date change?
If so, how?
