Credit cards charge off in 180 days and send it to collections. There isn't a chance in ... that it's still with Discover, IMO.
No collections on CR? Perhaps it's on the ex's report and not yours? Perhaps she decided to keep using it and has been paying on it? Did it just *disappear* from your credit report? How does it show? Last payment recorded? Is there a charge off date from Discover?

My question is that if it is not on your credit report, what would you be asking them to delete? I would wait until there was some contact, or they report before I contacted them.
