I pulled my credit today, i see items i need to dispute. How do I determine whether to dispute it with the credit bureau or reporting credit agency. Or do i dispute it with both?

Thank You...I saw sample letters addressed to the creditors, so at what point would i do that? Is it after the credit bureau investigates the item?
