Has anyone ever used the above named attorney credit repair firms? If so...

--how timely are they in removing items?
--any hidden costs?
--were you satisfied?

Thanks in advance.

I have used lexington law for months, they are awesome at first and then seem to slow down on the removals, and I believe this is to keep your monthly payments coming in....so you still need them in a way.

if accounts are recent, like a BK, CHARGEOFFS,LATES, you will have a hardtime removing those ... wait 3 to 4 years then hire lexington or ovation,,,,,,,, i used lexington 7 years ago and the did a great job........just recently tried ovation to remove a collection but no luck..

I used eCreditAttorney.com and in a little over 4 months almost everything negative from my report got deleted. I had several recent collection accounts, corresponding charge offs, a couple judgments and a bunch of late payments on my car.

All in all I spent about a hundred and twenty dollars using their service but it was worth every penny. They also have really good customer service which was important to me.

Hope that helps some.

I am in the process of building a review site where your opinions about your credit repair service experiences would really be valuable. The site is called bestreviewsforall.com and has an entire section dedicated to this subject. If you have an opinion and don't mind sharing it, we'd love to hear from you.

I have not had any luck with these guys. I think I will try a Bonded and Registered company. I heard Critical Credit Repair was a reliable group.

I've been with a company for 3 months now and I have had 7 deletions and I received a credit report every 30-45 days. I pay $65/ month for this service. I have no complaints. I did some research before I picked the company I am with now. Lexington Law Firm didn't seem to have good "ratings" when I was searching for company that does credit report deletions. I say "shop" around before you pay out money to a company that does this type of work.

Hi,
I've been reading/researching credit repair companies. I was wondering which one you chose? I have been told my issues are too new and may have to wait up to a year but in the mean time our credit is going down the toilet. We have a Short sale pending and stopped paying back in April (lost renters and couldn't afford mortgage and house losing huge amount of value all at same time).
thanks,
Laura

I am a customer of them as of right now and they have worked for me, how often do they remove items thats hard to say I have alot on my credit and they submit it to the credit score co. and they wait for them to respond. Timely yes they do and they let you know when they do something online you have access to that and no there is no hidden costs, but does it happen like in two months no it depends whats on your credit and if the credit score company response I've been with them for about 4-5 months and they have removed 3 items but tougher ones are going to take time and like I said I dont expect them to be gone in a couple months thats not being realistic and they contact me by email when they need something or if i have questions I can call anytime so yes Im satisfied

I actually used eCreditAttorney.com & so far I'm thrilled! I've gotten about 12 items deleted off my reports. I let everything go when I was younger & regreted it. Now that I'm older I'm so much better at controlling my spending habits. I'd recommend them before I'd recommend Lexington Law. They are way cheaper & do excellent work. Here's their website in case you don't already have it.

I am a current client of ecreditattorney.com. They have great customer service and give you easy access to view the progress of your credit standing. I've been with them for about 6 months and have gotten 3 deletions so far. The negative items on my credit are very old. I've also had the opportunity to pay some collections off. So far, my credit score jumped up by 40 points. I need more points so I am just waiting to see what else they can get removed. The $29 fee a month is worth it because other companie's charge more. So far I am satisfied.. Transunion is very good at deleting items from getting the 1st letter but the other 2 credit bureaus are pretty tough, fyi...

I have used ecreditattony as well. They work very quickly, if you reply to them via email. This works very well for me because I am always on the go or overseas. Most websites give them bad reviews, but they are cheap and have done a great job for me.

I had 40 removals from Lexington but it took over a year (I am actually marc in waterville maine on the homepage map). Some of the basics were the first to drop off fast, ie a credit card showing it was put through bankruptcy but I have never been in bankruptcy. Then some items would slowly start coming off, and within the 40 they are counting the same item on 3 different reports. Another thing to keep in mind is that some of the items they removed came back onto the report. I had accedentally received some of their letters back to me and could see that they were just sending basic dispute letters out that any of us can do.

I stopped because I couldn't afford the cost at the time and am looking at going back but am looking at other companies as well... All in all Lexington is good, just not the fastest result...
