Plus Score from Experian

I am in the process of rebuilding my credit. I have subscribed to creditexpert.com which is Experian's site. I use that site to pull my credit reports and PLUS scores once a month.
My problem is most lenders still use FICO scores. Does anyone know how different a PLUS score is from a FICO score?
I have never heard of a PLUS score. I did a quick google and it
I have never heard of a PLUS score. I did a quick google and it sounds like it is some company's weird interpretation/average or something like that. First I have to say, google, google, google and then google some more. FICO scores are what lenders use. Period. A PLUS score is a waste of time and meaningless. Go to TrueCredit and get all three scores for a small fee.
I tell you these scammers think of everything. Now they are creating their own credit score!
i should have done my research better! :!: it seems like ht

it seems like http://credit.typepad.com/credit/2005/06/fico_vs_fako_sc.html is saying that the only true credit score is the one sold my FICO and everything else i.e. Equifax's ScorePower, Experian's PLUS score, and Transunion's Credit score are just the credit bureau's guesses at what your FICO score should be -- the column says that these are all FAKO scores.
the variance is about 40 points as per this other forum http://ficoforums.myfico.com/fico/board/message?board.id=ficoscoring&thread.id=6206 so i guess i can only guesstimate now what my FICO score will be since i can't purchase them online anymore
any help????
