Free Credit Report?

Hello,
I filed for my free annualcredit report at that website and filled in the circles for all 3 credit agencys to send me a report. I got 2 out of the 3 the 3rd one said I already had my free report for the year. Can they do that or can I write them and tell them I havent received one from them? Ive got experian and trans unuion not equifax Please advise since they all have different informaiton on them are we not entitled to get a copy from each?

I ran into the same thing with them. They are known for screwing up things. You will have to write them to get anything done. I didn't bother. The two I got were enough where I did not need to know more.
