You can sign up for a free trial of Credit Watch on MyFico, and you will get your Scores, but just make sure you cancel before the 30 day Free trial is up, otherwise you will be billed for a Year of service!

Yes, you can go for the free trial offer, but make sure that you cancel the service before the expiry date of the trial period, else you will be charged as per the prevailing rate on your card. It is always safe to go for a free trial offer, but the problem is that we mostly forget to cancel the service before the expiry.

File a complaint with the OCC (for the bank), the FTC & your State Attorney General.

Even with the 60 days, they should refund you the last 2 months (60 days) fees and if there was any overdraft charges the bank should immediately refund it.

I would've thrown bloody h*ll after the 1st fraudulent charge (since you canceled, it is FRAUD if they continue to charge you, as far as I'm concerned) and demanded a refund on no uncertain terms - but because you let it go for so long you probably are stuck paying it. :(

But at least go for the last 2 payments, it's something anyway. That way you are only out 3 months as opposed to 5.
