I settled a small GAP/GEcredit card debt 2 years ago and it affects my credit score, I did not know at the time that the settlement affects my score, I am willing to pay that $111, that was settled, in order to delete it, How do I go about it?

Assuming that you settled because you were late on the GE/GAP account, the tradeline is going to stay on your report for 7 years, no much you can do about it. You can ask GAP/GE for a GW delete but there is very very little chance they will actually pay any heed to your request, even if you agree to pay the rest of the money.
