Is it possible to remove hard inquiries from credit report?

Usually, hard inquiries drop from credit report after 2 years. You can request your creditor to remove the hard inquiry from your credit report. If you have never authorized it, then you can dispute the inquiry with the credit bureau. You can state in the letter that the creditor didn't have any permissible purpose. According to the FCRA, a creditor can't access your creditor without getting any written permission from you.
