unauthorized hard pull on credit report outside of SOL?
I have a charge off from arrow Financial services (2005)
The got a default judgment on me in (2006)
The the arrow's lawyer did a hard pull in (2009)
Is That legal?

How is it outside SOL? The judgement depending on your state ca
How is it outside SOL? The judgement depending on your state can be good for up to 20 years which means it would be far from outside any SOL.
Besides, even if it was outside the SOL, you still owe the debt. SOL only applies to enforeablity in court.
