inconsistent KD on credit report.. No 30,60,90? is that disputable?

I've been in the US ARMY for 2 1/2 years now.. I financed my honda civic in feb 2007... I am coming up on my 2 year anniversary lol.. I found NEW car that I felt I could afford.. low insurance rate, lower MSRP because of my location (Germany) and I have a steady job obviously. I've paid 17.95% interest on my honda for almost 2 years. I've tried several times to re-fi but nooo. The reason I have 17.95 is because my financial services said I had NO credit. not that I had BAD credit. So I figured I'd work on it and build it. well, well, well. now it's time to use some credit to either try to re-fi or get that new car I wanted. I checked my credit report and my score is a 585.. not so good. I call NCO-MEDCLR (which by the way has a TERRIBLE rep) and they "verified" my debt over the phone by providing the name of the original business I owed the money to. My point is I want to dispute but I don't want to unless I have a fair argument. They bill was originally instated feb 3 2006. On my credit report from experian it states:
dec 06:BLANK
jan 07: BLANK
feb 07: KD
mar apr may jun: ND??
july aug sep oct nov dec jan feb mar apr may: KD
jun: nd
and so on.. is that considered inconsistent? way did I not get a 30-60-90? why is dec and jan blank and feb KD? it's only 240$!!!! is that worth my credit being wrecked? I need to know if I could dispute and get this taken off of my record? if the my dispute is a success will it be taken off immediately?
