I have a question regarding chargeoffs. What if the OC and the CA are both reporting, but the CA is an "in-house" collection agency operating under a diffrent name. Are they both still allowed to report?

That is a good question and I am eager to hear some replies. I had that happen in the past and questioned it for a long time. Eventually, it dropped off my report, but I never received an answer about whether that is allowed.
