Nevada wage garnishment law
Hi,
As per the Nevada wage garnishment law, ???the writ of garnishment served on the garnishee shall be deemed to continue for 120 days or until the amount demanded in the writ is satisfied, whichever occurs earlier???. Moreover, if the debt amount is still not completely repaid, then the creditors can get the writ of garnishment freshly re-issued.

Applications for renewal of judgment must be file at least 90 days before the judgment expires.

Nevada judgments are good for 10 years...dont know where you got
Nevada judgments are good for 10 years...dont know where you got the 6 years from. There is a difference between a judgment SOL and the SOL on the debt leading up to be sued...one is before, the other is after.
