Do any of the credit reporting agencies, report the date, of the last payment, on a charged off credit card?
Is the last payment calculated to be six month prior to charge off?
Do some credit cards wait more than six months to charge off a defaulted debt?

There are many creditors who charges off an account after 120 days and so it is not necessary that the last payment date would be calculated 180 days prior to charge-off. Moreover, when an account is reported as charged-off in your credit report, the month and year of your last payment is listed there in your report.

It means that the date mentioned on your TransUnion credit report is
the date when you last missed your payment towards the debt. Now, since
the payments are made monthly, you consider the last payment month to
be the month just preceding the drop out month. Moreover, you can check the other two reports for the last payment date.
