Seems so Simple
But, I am not sure the best way to determine last date of activity to verify statute of limitations.
If the creditor shows a date other than when yo believe the last activity occured (perhaps reaged)
What is the best way to dispute that???
See plenty of sample letters but none that address a full account history on a debt. Do I just do a blanket dispute with the bureau or start with an account history with the creditor???

The date of first major delinquency should be easy to retrieve from either the creditor or one of the credit bureaus.Please do not confuse date of last activity with dofmd.
