I have hired Lexington Law to repair my credit rating. They state they ask for validation from the Credit bureaus. Lexington Law doesn't work with creditor. Therefor creditor can have debt put back on credit rating.

Question is after Lexington Law get them off how do I go about negotiate to prevent them from being add on again?

I would not use them. I have read horror stories about dealing with them. It seems that you can do all of the work that they do yourself, without paying them the fees. I have even seen where they will take credit for a negative coming off of your report when it reaches the federal reporting limits.
All they can do is dispute the entries, which you can do yourself. In fact, one of the credit bureaus, (don't remember which one), will not even take a dispute from them. They have no special skills to repair your credit. They are just charging you to do what you can do for free.
