How to get credit score up?

Ok so I technically have had 13 Lines of credit since I turned 18 which was almost 4 years ago.. I have NEVER been late on any of my loans that I have had I only went over on my credit card once and that was 4 months after I got it which was 3 1/2 yrs ago. and i only went over bc my payment didnt get there on time so they charged me abunch and it caused me to go over.. But anywho since being 18 I have paid off 7 prsonal loans Never late on payments always paid over the minimum payment, have paid off one student loan and yet my credit score is not even a 600.. How in the world is that possible and how can I get it up? Im in a squeeze right now and i cant even get a loan to pay off my medical bills because of my credit score. i need help bc i have so much debt in medical bills due to my back pain that I could probably file bankruptcy on them but Im only 21 almost 22 in a few weeks so I dont wanna ruin my life and credit by doing so... can someone help?

How much do you owe on medical bills? You probably cant get a loan because nobody is lending out unsecured funds right now. Your score is probably low due to utilization.

I owe probably close to $7,000 in medical bills that includes MRI's,steroid shots, mylograms,x rays, and numerous of dr visits and hospital bills... and bankruptcy stays on your credit report for atleast 7-10 years its hard to get anything with that on your report. I have a friend that filed and an aunt that filed and they can't get a loan, a car or a house b/c of them filing bankrupt... Im too young to be filing but i cant help that I have a full time job only making 1200 a month after taxes and owing 7000 in medical bills on top of 300 a month coming out my bank to repay a $10,000 loan I had to take out last year..I wouldnt have this problem if i would have quit helping everyone else out.. I help others before helping myself and the $3oo coming out each month is hurting me in being able to pay my other bills.. But I stay broke because Im always taking out loans or borrowing loans to help my friends out then i get stuck paying them by myself and thats why I'm in the position I am in and why I cant pay my medical bills.. Because Im too busy paying back people taht ive borrowed from or paying back online loans that i take out... I really need help on what to do I'm at a breaking point and feel like I'm in a hole I'm never gonna get out of.
