Is it possible for a collection agency to lower my credit score without my SSN?

Yup it is possible...if a CA reports negative info about you to the CRA then it is definitely going to harm your score.

Yes you can guest if you have good documented proof of law violations. Go to www.naca.net for a referral.

Yup u can take legal actions against the CA if u believe that the CA has violated the law.
