Credit Report and newly married

I got married since my last request for my credit report. Equifax for some reason won't give me a copy of my report online. I am mailing a copy of my drivers licence and ss card as sugested by the anualcreditreport.com. My drivers licence and ss card have my new last name. Is Equifax going to send me a copy of my report and change my last name on my report as well?
Your credit report is soley tied to your social security number.
Your credit report is soley tied to your social security number.?? At the end of the report it will list alias that you have been know as over the years.
