What will happen to my medical debt if I can't pay them off? Will it be reported on my credit report?

Yes, certainly. If you don't pay off your medical bills, your healthcare creditors will sell it off to a collection agency. And once a collection agency gets involved, they will report it to the credit bureaus about your delinquency. If you are having any trouble in paying off your medical debts, feel free to call 800-DEBT-913 for immediate assistance.

I would like to add just one point here. Usually, hospitals do not assign medical bills before 6 months to collection agencies. So, your medical debt won't be reported to your credit report before 6 months. And once you pay off medical bills, they will drop from your credit report.
