Well... I'm not sure about the status of the bill at present. However, this bill requires the medical debt which is fully paid off or settled should be removed from a consumer’s credit records within 30 days. As far as I know, it will protect families and ensure that they will no longer be compromised after they pay their outstanding medical bills.
