Motion notice & judgement dismissal

As far as I know, "Final judgment execution withheld" means that the creditor or the CA has withheld the execution of judgment so long as you pay as per the agreement with the creditor.
"Judgment dismissal" means that the court has nullified the earlier judgment in response to your motion to vacate the judgment.

It also means you were lucky - you apparently made a deal with the creditor and so a judgment was not issued in your case. This is good as a Judgment can stay on your credit report for a very long time, depending on your State and you don't want one if you can avoid it.
