Yes, checking credit scores regularly is good, but it's not mandatory to check all of them. You may check your scores in three major credit bureaus - TransUnion (yours), Equifax and Experian. Don't forget to note any major or big changes in your score as these three bureaus may not have the same information about you and may not update your reports at a time.
