Accounts with collection compnay

I have total 14 credit accounts that I did not pay for last 3 years and now I want to pay all of them and get back to track.
I have 10 accounts out of 14 showing with Collection companies that I will call them and negotiate the debit and pay it as soon as I can.
Now I have a question for the remaining 4 accounts those are Capital one, Citi credit card, home depot and American express. They are not in collection or with any collection company however they are showing negative on my credit history and at this time they have closed my accounts saying “charged off†Bad Credit etc.
Now should I call Capital one, Citi credit card, home depot and American express and tell them I want to pay this? Will they negotiate the debit like collection companies etc?
Please someone tell me how should I Proceed

Call the creditors directly....they will be able to tell you if
