Hello,
Does anyone have any advice for me?
There is a collection agency called
"AIS SERVICES LLC" and they continue to post the same negative information every couple of weeks to my credit report which continues to drop my score.
Is there anything I can do to get them to only post once?
Take a look at what they did and continue to do:
Major Derogatory 09/15/2007
Major Derogatory 09/23/2007
Major Derogatory 09/26/2007
Major Derogatory 09/26/2007
Major Derogatory 09/29/2007
Major Derogatory 10/04/2007
Major Derogatory 10/07/2007

Guest I am moving this to the proper section of our board.Please post more details of the account as it shows on your report without the account number of course. From your small amount of info I would file a dispute with the credit bureau stating these are duplicates and only one is valid.
