Is there any way to know how much my score has decreased due to negative listing? Can I also know about adding a positive item, too?

There is no such rule. Increasing credit score is not a matter of one or 2 days. You need to maintain your credit cards responsibly. also, you have to make your monthly payments.

No. It's difficult to pinpoint how much my score has decreased due to negative listing. For instance, bankruptcy drops your credit score by 200 points.

See you can surely ask for your credit report, and check your credit score. But you can never see for which item your credit score is decreasing!! But you can obviously check what are the negative items listed on your credit report.

To understand better.. Refer here. https://forums.debtcc.com/bankruptcy-discussion/chapter7-house.html#comment-151280347
