credit report online problem

I'm having a terrible time getting my credit reports online. Equifax asks me for mortgage information, I've never had a mortgage, so I can't get that report. Transunion's webpage experiences technical diffuculties everytime I try to sign in. And experion needs an old credit card account # (to verify identity) that I don't have. I've even tried to pay $30 for the 3-in-one report, but had no luck proving that I am ME. AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!
Is there anywhere I can go in person to pay for a 3 in one report. I live in Columbus OH.

They are unable to validate your identity.Call each bureau to have them sent to you & make sure they enter the correct info so future reports can be ordered online.
