STILL FIXING CREDIT

Hi everyone. Great site ! lots of very good information here. I havea question. I went thru credit reapir 1-2 yrs ago sent all the letters to the credit bureaus and disputed all kinds of stuff some of it was removed some was determined to be valid.. I ahve noticed duplicates again on my report of old debts they said were ligitamate. so now what are my options. I know about the sol in my state is 3yrs.. I know these debts are getting up there. How do I find out the original dates? does not show on my credit reports.
oh yeah one more thing
sorry I forgot.. if the sol on a debt has expired I know it will still be on your report, Is it still a negative against you and what is the best approach to getting rid of it?
