Is it possible to remove a paid judgement from my credit report.....does anyone have a sample letter.??

A judgment remains in your credit report for 7 years. It can't be removed from you CR before that even if it is paid or satisfied judgment. Paid judgment doesn't mean that its reporting will be removed. It only means that court will include the correct date in your credit report on which the judgment is satisfied.

I would check with the court in which the judgment was placed. In a lot of cases these judgments aren't in the records and can be disputed with the credit bureaus on procedural errors.

Sometimes if you dipute it the CRA's can't verify so they delete it. I have heard in other forums that they have to verify it through the court but they have to go to the court to verify. The way they get verification most of the time is by using the "fourth" CRA Innovis. So get your report from innovis and see if it's on there first.

Itook a chance and sent in dispute letter stating that I have already verified this is not mine with the courts, hopefully the credit bureau clerk will be lazy and not check....keeeping my fingers crossed it gets removed.

Only the court or the credit bureaus can remove a judgments on your credit report. You can dispute anything on your credit report to the credit bureaus that you believe to be inaccurate or erroneous.
