If you had an account "not yours",that was not not valid and it has been deleted by the credit agencies, could a third-party collection agency try to re-instate it??

There are some bottom feeders out there that will do anything! If it was in the hands of a third party collector they will sell it to another and they will start trying to collect. The good part is most third party collectors do not report to the credit reporting agencies. All they care about is getting easy money!
