Payment Plan Acct listed as Adverse on credit bureau

Hospital rep agreed to pmt plan of at least $10 a month. I have been paying as agreed & regularly- (1st 4 pmts of $80, Next 12 pmts of $30 and last 13 pmts of $10). I have missed NO missed pmts yet they sent acct to collections. I have $500 left to pay that I am now able to just pay off. They decided to report as adverse acct on my credit bureau. How do I successfully get this removed from report?
