I am trying to pay off a judgement and i offered a settlement amount and at first the lawyer said ok and then he changed his mind. He now wants tax information and W2's. What should i do? Is there a way around this?

If your working ask your payroll department do provide you with a letter verifying your income. Be sure to do all of your correspondence with this company in writing so you have the documentation. Your finding out the problem with a verbal agreement, because this person changed their mind.
