PDL Mess on my Credit Report

Hey everyone,
I've used this site so much, its such a godsend!
So back in December, I made a huge mistake and obtained 4 payday loans, 3 of which turned out to be illegal. 2 of them have gone away, I offered to pay the principle, they refused that amount, and left me alone. Then, 1 sent me to collections, and the CA refused to handle it once they found out they were illegal, and then kicked it back to them. They call me once in awhile, but whatever. They reported it onto my credit report, but it was deleted as soon as I disputed it.
Now, for the 4th. Which is UpFront Money, They disguise themselves as a phone card place for the money they send you as a rebate ... then the rest of the money you pay is considered payment for the phone cards. I know if I wanted to spend 2000$ annually in phone cards, I'd so go to upfrontmoney.com - how legit. Anyway, we all know what they are, but they are tricky..and unlicensed. And I never got a phone card.
So, I refused to pay, I already paid them the principle. So, they sent me to Sterling and King collections, who are awful. I've already been told I'm getting sued for bounced checks..didnt know an automated debit was a bounced check...
So, Sterling and King reported onto my credit report for $380. I disputed it, and they verified it (obviously). The other CA was more legit as soon as I told them who BiggestCash was and got rid of it for me. Sterling and King..scoundrels. So, what are my options to get it deleted now they verified it??? I really would do a negotiate to pay if deleted, but really can't spend $380 right now (in the process of moving, you know)...so is there a way to get the CRA to understand what's going on? It's KILLING my otherwise good credit. I hate myself for what I did over $200, and my credit was perfect up till December, then the only 2 negative marks on my credit are late payments that happened as a result of these PDL places. Ugh. But this collections is KILLING the credit I have built.

I just had a CA place a collection on my credit report. They didn't list who the creditor was but I believe it was Biggest Cash. If you wouldn't mind, could you tell me how you got it off your credit report? Thanks for any info.
