It's been awhile, but I need help again, this time with the PDL & CRA

So, it's been awhile since I've been around. Last year you guys helped me out tremendously with the jam I was with the PDL's. Now, I have 3 or 4 different reports on my credit report. I've been reading and reading and really can't find a direct answer. How do I dispute it with the credit reporting agencies?
Also, paydayone still shows in the state of Florida as open. How do I get them to close it out?
Also, the phone calls from these leeches still have not stopped. I had one moron call me at work a zillion times, and when I told him this line is recorded (it's the police dept) and I cannot have calls at work, he yells into the phone "Well You should have thought of that before you used this phone to take out a payday loan." LMFAO I just replied in an ever so kind voice, sir, I do not use this phone for personel matters, please do not call me again. He still calls once a day, it's great LOL
