Credit Report

Are they storefront or internet payday loans that reported on your credit report? I had an internet payday loan that reported on mine. I believe the payday lender was Instant Cash Flow. They are located in UT. Well, when I defaulted they reported it to a collection agency called Credit Service of Logan, and they are the ones that reported on my credit report. It was showing charged off, but I had it disputed and updated to "included in bankruptcy," because I filed a Chapter 13.

I defaulted on two illegal internet payday loan companies on 10/17/08. Today I decided to log into their websites to see what it said about my account and is says bureau. I am assuming credit bureau.

I am amazed that illegal internet payday lenders can put anything on someone's credit report when they are not even licensed and to top it off most of them are off shore and you cant even find them. When I think about it it blows my mind.

I actually had four of them on my credit report. I know that Pay Day Loan Yes turned me into a collection agency, and that is one of the agencies on my report. My pdl's are all internet. I think that Pay Day Loan Yes is illegal and if that's the case, can I dispute the illegal ones? Also my credit report, it says "bureau" and I had no idea what that was for. Which pdl place to they represent?

If the Payday Loans are illegal internet loans ---- YES you can dispute them. I believe if you do a search Shazzers had commented on that.

It took a while, but finally the credit bureau removed one of the illegal pdls from my credit report. The collection agency was AIS, representing Payday Loan Yes.

I have PDL's, on my CR, too. Two of them. BOTH of them are Internet PDL's. I don't remember the names of them, without looking at my CR. And ( if I remember correctly..) I don't think either one of them was 'legal' in my state.......I live in PA. What can I do? If they ARE illegal, what's the possibility of 'removing' them?

DV the CA and when you get your green card back dispute them as "not mine". The CA must validate before verifying.
