PFD possible?

Right now I have 1 account on my credit report with a a balance (2 if you count the sold charge off, which I just keep DVing and no CA has validated). The current balance is $3,066 - it was far less in 2005 when the account was first charged off, but I guess interest and such made it jump. It's set to fall off the report in 2011, and so far they haven't come after me at all.
Is it possible that they'd accept a PFD payment plan?
