? about credit report... Need Help

Not sure if you are asking about inquiries or tradelines...but the answer is no....they can inquire if they have permissable purpose and they can report accurate information.

Yes I was wondering about inquires because it seems like old debts from the past few years or longer are getting my new phone numbers and addresses so I wasn't sure if I could put a fraud alert or something.

It's called skip tracing. If you owe someone, they'll find you eventually and come to collect. If you owe someone, they can run your credit and find out your updated info.

You need to contact these people, rather than trying to run from them and either pay your past due accounts, if valid. If they aren't valid, you need to take action to dispute them, have them validated or send cease and desist orders.
