My daughter shares the same name with me. I know that he has accumulated quite a bit of debt.
last month, I applied for a mobile connection and was rejected. I am wondering why. Can it be due to my daughter's credit rating? She used to stay with me but she has moved to an apartment. i

Have you asked the company why your application was rejected? You can ask them once. I think that will be better. Ask your daughter if she has changed her mailing address on her credit report.

It shouldn't be. Both of you have two different SSNs, right?. Both of your credit reports include your personal information such as current and previous addresses (this one may be similar), Social Security numbers and employment history. The later two items will be different every time. So, if you believe it is an error, dispute it.
Have you ever cosigned a loan with your daughter or added her with a supplementary credit card?

No. it shouldn't be. However, there might be mistakes.
What you can do is, dispute it. Make a copy of your credit reports and send one copy to the credit bureau(or bureaus) and to the specific financial institution and send them through registered posts with a return receipt request.
Also follow up till the error is corrected.
If you have ever cosigned a loan with your daughter, and she misses payments, then your credit score can get affected too.
