Experian deleted positive tradelines...again. After Countrywide sent letter requesting they report. Any suggestions?

Ive tried searching on this forum and havent found anyone who has gone through a similar experience.

Im aware OC can add the positive history, which is why I called them. They responded and sent all 3 CRA's a letter to report. They reported for a little while and then poof! they deleted again. Its almost as if they are trying to keep my score low. Is there some law about deleting good history or suggestions other than the obvious? Thank you

Losing a mortgage trade line can devastate a Fico score.Lean on mortgage lender to fix. If Experian is still a problem, register here and I can pm you some inside info to contact someone important.Lastly you can file a complaint with the Ftc on Experian and give complaint # to them when you write them to fix your credit report.

Thanks for the advice, Experian has been a problem for the last year. My score has gone down at least 100 points. Not just because of the PAID mortgage deletion, but they have deleted other tradelines as well. This is really hurting now that Im ready to refi through my current mortgage company. When I contacted Experian for the 4th time they said I should write a letter attn: Subscribers Dept. Has anyone heard of this type of letter?

I will read and learn how to use the forum I think am registered as baileysmom under theloanmack email but it looks like its showing up as theloanmack at the top. Thanks again!

I also am fighting this same battle. My wife was deleted from Experian & Equifax files for our joint mortgage account. This was a paid as agreed account with almost ten years history. It put a hurting on her scores. I have sent a certified mail return receipt letter to my lender to trigger our rights under Fair Credit Billing Act,Fair Credit Reporting Act,& lastly Truth in Lending. They have responded rather quickly.I did not bother with the credit bureaus to get this reinserted.
