If I stayed there for few years and going back again will my previous credit score be considered
I have previously lived here on work permit. Then, I had to go outside. Now, if I go back to USA, will my credit score be considered or I'll have to start all over again? I had a credit score, somewhere around 850+ about 2 years back. I have inquired that my SSN will remain the same. So, will I be able to get a suitable mobile connection because of my previous credit report and score?

Unfortunately, you have to start again building your credit score.
Your previous credit score won’t be effective now.
