how to remove judgments from title & credit reports

Judgments remain for 7 years on a credit report. YOu can dispute it, but if the information is valid, the court is under no obligation to remove it.

As far as a title report (I am assuming you mean a title search against property)... those will remain there indefinitely. Judgments usually act as an automatic lien against real property, and usually a memo of the judgment is filed with the county recorder of deeds. As such, that lien will show up on title searches until a release has been filed with the recorder by the creditor.
