Correcting credit report information HELP PLS!

Okay ive looked at my CR for the first time ever and noticed my last name, current address (its my fathers), and DOB (my fathers also) is all incorrect. My father and I have the same name except im Jr. Any advice on this matter would be dearly appreciated.

I feel this is a case of mistaken identity. Things like this happen a lot of times. You should ask the credit bureau to delete the information from your credit report. You can send the following letter to the credit bureau for this purpose:
