Does soft inquiry hit your credit report? If I’m applying for a job and if they do credit check (which nowadays I think most of the employers do), will it be a soft inquiry?
No. Soft inquiry doesn't hurt
No. Soft inquiry doesn't hurt your credit score. But, it will appear on your credit report. If you apply for a job and the employer does a credit check, then it would be regarded as a soft inquiry.
