Can I compel my phone service provider to report my financial transactions to each of the 3 major bureaus?

I have found that each business has its preferable credit reporting bureau. Can't I compel a business to report my transactions to each of the 3 major bureaus?
No! Phone service providers
No! Phone service providers are not bound to report each of the 3 major bureaus because they're providing consumer services and are not the part of the financial institutions.
