What is the difference between Credit score & credit report?

A credit score is a numerical expression which depends upon the analysis of a person's credit files. It is a three digit number and represents the creditworthiness of a person.

A credit report is a record of a person's credit activities. A credit report will list all your credit card accounts, loans and mortgages, medical debts, student loans, etc, as well as mention how regularly you make your payments.
